Products delivered incorrectly, damaged or another problem?
In the event of an RMA, always contact our sales staff first before returning the products. The name of the employee who handled your order can be found in the lower section of the order confirmation, the packing slip or the invoice, if desired.
You have the right to return items if they show defects, are damaged or in the event of otherwise justified complaints. In the event of incorrect deliveries, we exclude telephone orders in advance, as this may be due to a transmission error.
We therefore always prefer online and written orders. Unstamped and unannounced returns will not be accepted.
Any returns or exchanges of products can only take place with an RMA form. There must have been a telephone consultation with a sales employee and the form must also be sent to the attention of this employee - with whom the RMA appointment was made. The return must be made in the original packaging, with a packing slip and the correct return address. For items that you ordered incorrectly and returned to us, we charge a 10% processing fee of the total order amount. Excluded are items that are not in the catalogue and items made especially for you.
